The PABT-L mailing list is a forum for post-adoptive parents who have adopted babies or toddlers from Eastern Europe to discuss the issues involved in parenting post-institutionalized children.

Topics that are discussed include, but are not limited to, cultural differences, adapting a child to a new family and to a new culture, dealing with physical and mental health issues, discipline, attachment, bonding, and parenting issues in general.
