Our country mailing lists are for parents who are either interested in adopting or have adopted children from that country. Others who are sympathetic to the problems and issues that these parents are facing are also welcome.

Topics that are discussed include, but are not limited to: finding an agency, identifying a child and accepting a referral, cultural differences, adapting a child to a new family and to a new culture, current news about the adoption laws and adoption process, etc., etc. Members of the list benefit greatly from the breadth of experience present, which covers all aspects of the adoption and parenting of these special children.

Although these lists are not intended as an advertising vehicle, agencies working with children are encouraged to participate. Agency information may be posted so long as it is not done repetitively. Permission from EEAC must be received prior to such posting.
