1. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments.
EEAC Services are provided to you free under these Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. EEAC reserves the right to modify or discontinue its Services, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you and without liability. By using EEAC Services, you agree to be subject to any guidelines, including these Terms of Service, which may be posted from time to time. Failure to agree to any guideline s may result in termination of this agreement.

2. Mailing Lists
A person who joins an EEAC mailing list is called a "subscriber." You acknowledge that EEAC may determine list guidelines and subscription requirements, remove subscribers from its lists, and prohibit or remove any content, all at its complete discretion.

You may subscribe to any list whose subscription requirements you satisfy. You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to any of EEACs lists. Upon registration you agree to provide true and complete information about yourself to EEAC. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your subscriptions(s).

You acknowledge that EEAC may or may not pre-screen content, but that EEAC has the right, but not the obligation, to pre-screen or refuse any content submitted to its lists.

You acknowledge and agree that EEAC has the right to disclose your personally identifiable information and content as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served.

3. Prohibited Conduct.
You agree that you will not use EEAC's Services to transmit:

1) communications that are unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, harassing, libelous, or are otherwise objectionable, including without limitation, content that contains bigotry, racism, or hatred,

2) materials that infringe or violate any third party's proprietary right, or

3) spam, chain letters, junk mail, viruses or any other type of unsolicited e-mail.

You further agree that you will not:

1) disrupt or interfere with any other subscriber's use of EEAC's Services,

2) use or attempt to use another person's subscription, create a false identity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, or

3) attempt to obtain unauthorized access to or systematically harvest information, including email addresses, from EEAC's Services.

You further agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in relation to EEAC's Services and you agree that EEAC may, in its sole discretion, remove any material that appears to violate any of the foregoing, with or without notification, and that EEAC may limit or cancel your subscription(s), with or without notification, if it appears you have violated these terms.

4. Cancellation.
You acknowledge that EEAC, at its sole discretion, may change, cancel, or limit access to your subscription(s) for any reason, with or without notice to you and without any liability to you. You may also cancel your subscription(s) for any reason by following the instructions included in each mailing list.

You also acknowledge that EEAC, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate any list for any reason, with or without notice to you and without any liability to you.

5. Proprietary Rights.
EEAC does not claim ownership of the content you transmit through EEAC's Services. By transmitting content through EEAC Services, you grant EEAC world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license(s) to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the conten t solely for the purpose of providing EEAC's Services.

6. Disclaimer.
EEAC's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You expressly agree that use of EEAC's Services is at your sole risk.

EEAC is not engaged in rendering advice or professional services. All EEAC subscription lists are designed for educational and support purposes only. The information provided by EEAC and the information posted to its lists are not substitutes for professional care in the diagnosis, treatment or management of any mental or physical condition.

IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE OR SUSPECT THAT YOU MAY HAVE A PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM OR CONDITION, YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.

EEAC takes no responsibility for actions taken as a result of information posted on or obtained from an EEAC mailing list.

You agree that EEAC does not endorse the subject matter or content of any of its lists. You also agree that EEAC shall not be responsible or liable to you, or to anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party on or arising from use of EEAC's Services.

If you are dissatisfied with EEAC's Services, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

7. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EEAC, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents, and its service providers, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claim, action, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party arising out of or related to your use of EEAC's Services.
